ARC SPRAY SYSTEM

PLASMA SPRAY SYSTEM

The MPS-80 plasma spray system is a maintenance and operation friendly system and is excellent suited for job-shops and mass-production applications requiring high level of flexibility and repeatability.

HVOF SPRAY SYSTEM

The HVOF spray system produces supersonic jet flame of 5,000 feet per second (1,500 m/s), and the sprayed powder produces extremely high bond strength and near-zero porosity-free coating.

HVAF SPRAY SYSTEM

The HVAF spray system operates with only air and fuel (kerosene). As it does not use a large amount of oxygen like HVOF, it is an extremely economical high-velocity flame spray system. WC-based spray coating is superior to that of HVOF because it does not use oxygen.

HVCW SPRAY SYSTEM (WIRE - HVOF SYSTEM)

The HVCW spray system is a new supersonic combustion process using Wire. This system combines the superior coating quality of high velocity spraying with the convenience and reliability of wire feeding.
