CERAMIC ROD SPRAY EQUIPMENT (ROKIDE PROCESS)

This is the ceramic rod spray equipment that sprays rod-shaped oxide ceramics using a combustion flame.

CERAMIC ROD SPRAY GUN

Type CR-3 gun sprays a ceramic rod by gas-flame of acetylene/oxygen.
This process is well known as Rokide process.
Applicable ceramic rods are Cr₂O₃, Al₂O₃ & ZrO₂.
The coating properties of Cr₂O₃ by this process (Rokide) is superior to these by plasma coating.
