HVOF spray system produces supersonic jet flame of 5,000 feet per second (1,500 m/s), and the sprayed powder produces extremely high bond strength and near-zero porosity-free coating.
The HVOF spray system produces a particularly excellent coating for WC-based and CrC-based cermet spraying.
